1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Prediction God's services, including our Telegram bot (@ThePredictionGodBot) and any associated content or subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our service.

2. Service Description

Prediction God is an AI-powered market intelligence service that delivers analysis, predictions, and commentary on financial markets via the Telegram messaging platform. Our multi-agent system processes market data, geopolitical events, and other signals to generate intelligence reports and trade ideas.

The service is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing delivered through our service constitutes financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other sort of professional advice.

3. Subscription Tiers & Billing

Prediction God offers multiple subscription tiers with varying levels of access:

• Free Tier: Limited access to delayed signals at no cost.
• Paid Tiers (Pro, Elite, VIP): Enhanced access to real-time signals, priority analysis, and additional features as described on our pricing page.

Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our third-party payment processors. Prices are listed in USD and may be subject to applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' advance notice to active subscribers.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:

• You will retain access to your current tier's features until the end of your paid billing period.
• Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle.
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

In exceptional circumstances, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Contact us through our Telegram bot to submit a request.

5. User Conduct

By using our service, you agree not to:

• Redistribute, resell, or share our proprietary signals and analysis with non-subscribers
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape or extract content from our service
• Attempt to reverse-engineer our analysis algorithms or systems
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Impersonate Prediction God or misrepresent your affiliation with us

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

6. Intellectual Property

All content delivered through Prediction God -- including analysis reports, signals, predictions, algorithms, branding, and documentation -- is the exclusive intellectual property of Prediction God. Subscribers receive a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to view and use this content for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Prediction God is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to financial losses, lost profits, or trading losses arising from your use of our service or reliance on our analysis.
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 3 months preceding the claim.
• We are not responsible for service interruptions, delays in signal delivery, or technical failures of the Telegram platform or any third-party service.
• We are not liable for any actions you take or fail to take based on our content.

You expressly agree that your use of the service is at your sole risk and that you assume full responsibility for all trading and investment decisions.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. This includes changes to features, signal frequency, analysis methodology, or tier structure. Significant changes to paid tiers will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms, is harmful to other users, or is otherwise objectionable. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
